Dan Hudson and Kevin Kilgour of Seladore Legal have analysed the High Court’s recent decision in the FCA V WealthTek case for Lexis Nexis.

In a significant ruling, the court granted the FCA’s application for a time-limited stay of the civil proceedings to allow the organisation to focus its resources on criminal investigations into the suspected offences. Dan and Kevin consider the necessary tests that the FCA met in order to be granted the stay as well as the wider implications of the ruling.
