Dan Hudson of Seladore Legal has authored the UK section of Global Investigations Review’s Guide to Monitorships (4th edition).

Dan analyses the development of corporate monitorships within the UK criminal justice system over time. He discusses how the introduction of Deferred Prosecution Agreements (DPAs) and the DPA Code have embedded the use of monitorships and similar provisions (such as in relation to Serious Crime Prevention Orders) and provides a detailed summary of those that have been provided for in UK prosecutions and enforcement cases so far.
