Section 68 Challenges to Arbitration Awards

Arbitral decisions are typically seen as final in the eyes of English courts. However, they may be challenged under section 68 of the Arbitration Act 1996.

The second half of last year saw a rise in such challenges. Seladore Legal partners Simon Bushell and Kevin Kilgour have recently explored the grounds for some of these, and how courts have ruled in response.
