Seladore Legal authors GIR’s United Kingdom guide on legal professional privilege

23 January 2024

Dan Hudson of Seladore Legal was joined by senior partner Simon Bushell and associate, Max Sherrard, in authoring Global Investigations Review’s United Kingdom guide on lawyer-client privilege.

The guide covers the scope of legal professional privilege (LPP) in the UK, in particular examining the extent to which it can be applied to non-legal communications or third parties who provide other commercial advice to a client. The guide also considers the ownership of LPP and the law governing the enforcement and termination of privilege.
