Third Edition of ‘Disclosure of Information: Norwich Pharmacal and Related Principles’ published

16 December 2022

The third edition of ‘Disclosure of Information: Norwich Pharmacal and Related Principles’, co-authored by Seladore’s partners Simon Bushell and Gary Milner-Moore, has now been published by Bloomsbury Professional.

The book is essential reading for litigation practitioners involved in commercial disputes and cross-border fraud issues, providing a detailed legal commentary with sound practical guidance.

It is one of the first books to cover the recent changes to England’s Civil Disclosure Laws – and notably includes a fully up-to-date chapter on the new extra-territorial reach of Norwich Pharmacal orders. It also covers developments in the use of subject access requests and the Bankers Trust jurisdiction.

The book can be purchased in full as a Hardback or as an E-book here.
