Seladore Legal today co-hosted a breakfast seminar with Matrix Chambers on the benefits of external investigations of supply chains. The session explored how companies can identify and manage the commercial, insurance, regulatory and criminal risks arising from forced labour within their supply chains.

Seladore partners Dan Hudson and Owen Rees were joined by Jamas Hodivala KC and Professor Suzanne Rab of Matrix Chambers for a detailed discussion of the implications for directors, investors and regulated professionals, the insurance and trade disruption aspects, potential civil and regulatory claims, and the practical considerations involved in engaging independent advisers to review supply chains.
