Senior Adviser
Jonathan is a Senior Adviser to Seladore with over 25 years of experience in communications and reputation management.
He has significant experience advising large complex organisations globally on some of the most complex strategic, operational and legal issues. He is a Partner at global communications firm, Brunswick, and is one of their most experienced Partners. Prior to Brunswick he spent 10 years at PwC, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and worked across litigation consulting, restructuring and forensic services in London and New York.
He has worked on many of the most high profile international M&A mandates in recent years. He has also advised many global organisations through crisis situations covering litigation, public affairs, regulatory and wider stakeholder management. He is also a highly experienced adviser to companies undergoing debt restructuring, providing companies with the right communications plan and execution to maximise the potential for a successful outcome.
He has also advised on the communications on many complex international litigation mandates, ensuring the communications strategy supported the aims of the litigation while reflecting the legal requirements in particular jurisdictions.
Jonathan is a member of Court at Newcastle University, having previously been a member of Council and Chair of the Audit, Risk and Assurance Committee. He is also an Advisory Board member at Itero Technologies, a clean tech plastics recycling start up.
